All of our pasta is made on site by our pastai. Short and long pasta is extruded through bronze using a blend of organic Italian semolina and ancient British grains
Stuffed pasta is made by hand from the best '00' flour and eggs from Rodley Court in Kent. Occasionally we'll add some special dishes to the menu. Follow our social feeds for the latest.
We have gluten free pasta available too, just ask.
